It is the one of the popular poster of Batman The Dark Knight.
The International Version is the same as this one. Just the bottom of poster"JULY 18" is instead of "COMING SOON".
As i know, the International Version of original movie poster is less printed than US Version.

An original movie poster is an advertising material produced only by movie studios for direct distribution to what is required for cinemas or movie distribution centers.

These advertising materials are never intended to be given, distributed or sold to the public under any circumstances.
